HOW DOES YOUR BUSINESS OPERATE? DO YOU KNOW? FIND OUT FOR SURE.

Many business owners are too busy working for their companies to find time to step back and assess where they are. Another huge problem that companies and business owners face is Communications Breakdown. The third and final point I would like to discuss is, "how do I fix the problem"? You don't! If you knew the answer to that, you wouldn't have the problem in the first place.

# 1: Stop Working Your Business and Start Running Your Business. If you have managed to keep your head above water long enough to get some quality people working for you, congratulations! Now let them do some work! Delegation is key to any successful operation. However, it is not necessary to delegate a particular job to a particular position. Try to suit people to their skill sets and watch them take off. Most importantly, set aside time every day to analyze and repair areas of your organization that need work. Also, acknowledge there are areas of your organization that need work.

# 2: Bribe Employees To Tell You The Truth or Bring An Interrogator In. Fine lines are crossed and roles are blurred if Management is too friendly. Although the world would be a much better place if "we could all just get along?" there has to be leadership for any organization to survive and prosper. Leaders often have to do and say things they would rather not. Leaders are also tasked with making the best decisions possible based on the information they have. Bringing in an objective third party to gather data and compile the information helps employees get their ideas heard, helps management to be better informed and helps the organization by bridging the barriers often felt between the ranks.

# 3: If You Pay For A Service, You Should Use It. Most successful people understand that in order to achieve you have to trap yourself into success. You have to put yourself in situations that do not allow for laziness, complacency or anything less than your best effort. If you were to give someone money, they would most likely waste it. If they had earned the money, they might still waste it, but they would think about it first. When you hire someone to help you improve yourself or your business, you are making yourself accountable to yourself and your checkbook. You might not use the suggestions, but you will think about it and you will still have to write the check. Remember, you should be running your business, not working it.

W32.Mytob.V@mm is a mass-mailing worm that uses it own SMTP engine to send an email to addresses that it gathers from fileson the compromised computer. The email has a variable subject and attachment name. The attachment will have a .bat, .cmd, .doc, .exe, .htm, .pif, .scr, .tmp, .txt, or .zip file extension. DON'T GET IT!

W32.Chod.B@mm is a mass-mailing worm that also propagates using MSN Messenger. The worm has back door capabilities and can be controlled through IRC channels. It also overwrites the Hosts file to block access to several Web sites. DON'T GET IT!

W32.Mytob.U@mm is a mass-mailing worm that has back door capabilities and uses its own SMTP engine to send an email to addresses that it gathers from the compromised computer. DON'T GET IT!

W32.Mydoom.BI@mm is a mass-mailing worm that uses its own SMTP engine to send itself to the email addresses that it finds on an compromised computer. It also attempts to spread through file-sharing networks. DON'T GET IT!

Trojan.Pim is a Trojan horse that downloads and sends emails. DON'T GET IT!

W32.Ahker.F@mm is a mass-mailing worm that uses MAPI to send a copy of itself to email addresses gathered from the compromised computer. DON'T GET IT!
