Rolando J. Pozo
President / CEO for Rolando & Associates Consulting, Inc.
and is responsible for the overall direction of the Company,
as well as all day to day operations. His position as Foreman
of no less than 30 civilian and military personnel in the United
States Air force as well as his positions as IT Director and
Operations Manager of 2 High Tech Corporations give Rolando
the leadership capability necessary to guide (R.A.C.I) into
a strong future.
Tony Casler
Vice President for (R.A.C.I.) Tony proved himself early on with
his ability to work with people and get things done. Tony spent
several years with a Major Logistics company that handled accounts
for corporations such as Ford Motors. From there Tony furthered
his experience in IT with UPS until starting his own successful
Web Site business.
Kathy Pozo
The most recent addition to the organization, Kathy brings with
her 33 years of corporate analyzation and organization experience.
Upon launching (R.A.C.I.) Kathy had a strong desire to get on
board and make the company grow. After 1 month of operation
she joined us and we couldn't be happier.
